Our generous cancellation and refund policy

We try our best to ease up your daily life by providing you the best possible services at all times, but there could be certain unforeseen situations where you would want to discontinue or terminate the contract between us.

Kindly note:

  • Once the contract is entered between us, we appoint and engage a personnel exclusively for you, in case you intend to cancel the same contract within 48 Hrs. of the signing of the contract there will be zero cancellation charge and you get 100% refund.
  • For intimation of cancellation after 48 hrs. and within 72 hrs., the cancellation fee will be 50% of the contract value.
  • For intimation of cancellation after 72 Hrs., you will get No refund (zero) of the contract value.
  • Incase the assigned service personnel does not show up at your place to work within 24 Hrs. please refer to our replacement policy.

Our services exclusively for special occasions (for a single day or couple of days), has no provision of cancellation (for those designated days). does not accept cancellation requests for short term services. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of service delivered is not good. In case you feel that the service received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the service. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Our Refund Process:

Kindly, either Call, SMS or email us your cancellation request. Though we will be unhappy to discontinue our services, we shall process your request application as soon as we receive it.

Our customer care team will validate the request by checking the timelines, type of placement, reasons for discontinuation, etc. and shall take the request for refund. Refund will be made within 10 working days of the request being placed formally with the customer services desk.

All refund requests are evaluated case by case and reserves all rights to decline a request if it has reason to believe that the customer is involved in any suspicious/unethical activities related to the placement.
